What’s the difference between a training plan and premium coaching?Premium Coaching offers the greatest level of coaching support, monitoring, and customization, while the training plan is a custom-made plan without the ability to contact or receive coaching guidance and monitoring. A more detailed explanation can be found here.

How do I know what the best plan is for me?Generally speaking, we see greater success with our premium coaching because your coach can monitor your training more closely and fine-tune each workout based on your ability and feedback. If you don’t require coaching guidance and feedback and feel comfortable adjusting your plan as needed, the training plan would be a more budget-friendly option.

How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?It’s simple, there’s nothing you need to do. If you’re unsatisfied during the first 14 days, we will cancel your subscription and refund your money.

Do I have to commit for a certain amount of time?We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. After that, your commitment is month-to-month.

What happens after I hit the “sign up” button?Once you hit sign up, you’re routed to Stripe, a secure payment processor, to enter your credit card information. After you submit the payment, you’ll be automatically routed to our new client intake questionnaire, where we go through your running background, preferred schedule, and any cross-training or strength you would like to incorporate. You will then receive an invite to sign up for Final Surge, our app to distribute your runs and communicate. Once all that is set up we will have your first week to two weeks completed in 24 to 48 hours.

How do I get assigned a coach?You are free to pick the coach you feel most comfortable with. Otherwise, we will pair you with the best coach for your ability and specific goal. We have four coaches with specialty coaching various abilities runners. If at any time you would like to change coaches, you may do so without penalty.

My schedule changes weekly (due to work, travel, etc.). How would you accommodate that?Our Premium Coaching would accommodate as many schedule adjustments as needed for runners whose schedule changes frequently or is erratic. You can either email your coach with the requests or indicate which days need to be off days on your training calendar.

Can you accommodate my own cross-training and/or strength-training programs?Absolutely. We do this all the time. Activities such as Spin, CrossFit, Yoga, and personal training sessions can still be part of your training. We will work with you to ensure it doesn’t interfere with your goals.

How do I cancel, and what is your cancellation policy?To cancel your coaching, email cory@runyourpersonalbest.com. Cancel before your monthly billing day to avoid being charged for the next month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade between the training plan and premium coaching?You may upgrade or downgrade anytime between a training plan and premium coaching. We will credit any unused training towards the upgrade or downgrade.

Is my credit card information safe?Yes, we use Stripe as a payment processor. A PCI-certified auditor has audited Stripe. They are a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
